Bright Beginnings Early Childhood Center

Bright Beginnings is a private, non-profit early childhood program that is a mission of Our Redeemer Lutheran Church. Our goal is to provide a quality early childhood program that not only prepares children for kindergarten, but also keeps Christ at the center of their lives.

Curriculum
Our Redeemer’s Early Childhood Program will provide Christ-centered activities developmentally appropriate to the child. Areas of curricula will include socialization skills, large and small motor skill development, listening skills, language skills (including pre-reading), pre-mathematics skills, and religious instruction. At all times a loving and caring atmosphere reflecting our Lord Jesus Christ will prevail and enhance the experience.
Classes run from 8:00am to 3:00pm Monday – Friday August to May Extended care available after 3:00pm Students need to be 3 years old prior to August 1st and toilet trained.
Three Year Old Class
Beginning Readiness Skills: Tuition is $23 per day
Develop social and listening skills
Develop and improve ability to follow directions
Provide opportunities to experiment with music, fitness, and art
Learn proper grip when using pencils, crayons, and scissors
Recognition of first name
Four Year Old Class
Kindergarten Readiness Skills: Tuition is $23 per day
Write first and last name
Learn and identify letters and corresponding sounds
Develop skills in counting and recognizing the value of numerals 1-20
Recognition of patterns
Learn phone number, address, and birthday
Extended Care
Extended care is offered for those who need care after the regular school day. Activities include snack, outside play time, craft, stories, etc. Cost for extended care is $4.00 per day. Parents may choose what days they need extended care but will need to let the teachers know in advance so adequate staff can be provided.
